We are in the depths of winter here with lots of snow and cold weather. I am so looking forward to Spring and thought this colorful project would brighten your day. This was a distance learning lesson I did last Spring when we were home from coronavirus. I made a video to show how to do this project. You use magazine pages, scrapbook paper or whatever colorful paper you have. You can even use the inside of patterned envelopes or other recycled papers. You will also need markers or crayons, some glue and scissors. This would be a fun project for Earth Day, if you use only scraps and recycled papers. This is also good for learning about symmetry, while cutting out the symmetrical vase. I love how these turned out! Here are a few of the many awesome pictures I got back from my students.
