Monthly Planner for Scout and Club Leaders

A floral wreath with the word "Plans" inside, featuring two purple flowers and a line at the bottom—ideal for Monthly Planners.Several weeks ago I was looking for a monthly planner to use as a Girl Scout leader.  Nothing I found had everything I wanted:  monthly calendar pages, space for writing notes, attendance roster, contact information list, meeting agenda plans, badge & award trackers…  so I decided to make my own!  I sent all of my pages to a printer and got mine printed in a spiral bound book.  The PDF of this adorable monthly planner is available in my TPT shop!

It is PERFECT for clubs, Scouts, church groups and other organization leaders who want a place to plan their meetings, keep attendance and track things.

Colorful monthly planner pages with decorative elements, titled "Cute Monthly Planner," ideal for scout leaders and club advisors. The monthly planner has pages for 2016 (starting with July), all of 2017 and 2018.  This planner would be useful for teachers as well, but it does not have weekly planning pages or planning by class periods.

Various colorful monthly planner pages from 2017-2018 overlap with "MONTHLY PLANNER" text in the center, ideal for scout leaders and club leaders.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Included in this planner is:

1. 2016 (starting with July), all of 2017, and all of 2018. Each month is printed on one page with different and unique cute designs.

(Why is this perfect for club and scout leaders?) After these pages, in the back are printable pages that club leaders will need and use.

3. Meeting Agenda (3 slightly different styles)
4. Attendance Roster for meetings (3 beautiful styles)
5. Members’ Contact Info sheets
6. Badges and Awards tracker sheet (2 different styles)
7. Things of Note (additional space to keep notes in a stylish format)

I decided to create this because I could not find a really great Girl Scout planner. I sent my Full Planner pdf (with multiple copies of each of the planning sheets) to a printer which spiral bound my copy. You could take the files to an office printing place or you can print your files at home and put in a binder.
